By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Delivery Times & Costs
THE FRENCH JEWLERY POST aims to dispatch all items from our supplier’s warehouse within 3 days of your order. Upon dispatch you will receive an email notification with estimated delivery time and tracking details. Shipping will take between 2-3 business days.
There might be some items in our Shop, which have a longer lead-time than 3 days to dispatch. If this is the case it will be stated prior to the payment phase of the checkout process.
The items will be shipped from different warehouse(s) with different locations depending on the brand(s) ordered. This info can be found on the brand’s products page.
As an indication, shipping from France takes on average between 2-3 working days in France, about 5 working days outside France.
Shipping amounts to a minimum of €10 for France and €30 for the rest of the countries.
Shipping with a jeweler partner of The French Jewelry Post
Once an order is placed on our partner’s eshop and the shopping bag & payment confirmed, you receive an email notification and will find the details in the “orders” section of your account. You have the option of setting the shipping quotes for different regions based on the territory or countries. The partner is responsible for packaging and shipping of all B to C orders. VAT charges will be calculated automatically based on the customer’s country. Returns and customer service will be the partner’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to contact the brand directly. The brand’s contact info can be found directly on their page. Every return & exchange is upon the decision of the brand and their own returns policy. The French Jewelry Post and its partner are not liable or responsible for any damages/returns whatsoever. Returns & exchanges can not be applied to products made to order or customized. These are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
We advise to please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all designer tags still attached. A sale will be deemed final if this seal has been broken, or if the item is used or incomplete.
Upon return of an item the brand’s expert will screen all returns before granting a refund or an exchange. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without any refund given. Please note that the shipping costs of returns & exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We aim to present the most recent, most accurate and most reliable information on the website at all times. We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Shop. However, the products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Shop and in our advertising on other web sites.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, THE FRENCH FASHION POST company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions
When you create an account with us or one of our partners, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Shop or our partners’ ones.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Shop and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
