Animals are often mistreated, puppies are still used as bait for fishing,” says Pascale Monvoisin. The animals are then repatriated to Paris for adoption. Of the €290 paid for each ring, 50 are donated to this association madeup entirely of volunteers. Essential if you’re looking for a pet.
