Happening at Place Vendôme

This 17th-century square is the epicenter of jewelry and it will soon provide the backdrop for contemporary sculptures by the Spanish sculptor, Manolo Valdés. Monumental female heads in aluminum, steel and marble adorned with a wide brimmed hat, a butterfly on the brow or with oversized earrings. This installation follows the million ears-of-wheat planted by Gad Weil, in July.
